Why Oregon's Choice
Born on the docks in 1977, Oregon’s Choice began with Captain Herb Goblirsch’s simple realization: people deserve better than the “cat food” quality of mass-produced tuna. What started as a pioneer “sea-to-table” movement on the F/V EZC grew into a legacy built on the motto of quality over quantity. For over 40 years, we’ve honored the craft of hook-and-line fishing, treating every catch with the respect it deserves.
Today, as a second-generation family-owned company led by Herb’s daughter, SueAnna Harrison, we carry that same torch, ensuring that every hand-packed can delivers the “best-ever tasted” flavor that our customers have loved for decades.
