Oregon is famous for Dungeness Crab, and it is one of the most highly sought after seafoods. Dungeness crab is to Oregon what lobster is to Maine.

We offer Dungeness Crab when there is a fresh supply from our processor, typically once a year in January or February. Due to high demand, we usually sell out quickly.

3 oz crab meat packed in water (with citric acid) to prevent browning. Drain before serving.
